Every strong community needs people who can design, build and maintain the structures that support everyday life. The Building and Construction department at Sunrise College of Technology prepares students to become practical and knowledgeable professionals in the construction industry. Students learn to read and produce technical drawings, understand construction materials, interpret building plans and participate in the different stages of construction. Through practical training, students develop the competence and confidence to contribute meaningfully to the development of homes, schools, roads, commercial buildings and other infrastructure.
